Our Goals

The 307 Renegade Riders is a Non-Profit organization, founded in 2018. We are focused on horsemanship, community, and camaraderie. We are an organization compiled of horse-loving members. The organization is composed of men, women, and children of all ages. Our primary goal is to teach, mentor, and support one another in various horsemanship skills. Whether you are an experienced rider or just starting out we strive to help in improving the relationship between you and your horse.

Our History

The 307 Renegade Riders Drill Team was founded in 2018. The team is composed of men and women of all ages, starting at 12 years old. We perform a fast pasted choreographed routine to music on horseback while carrying flags. We represent Cody, Wyoming, have great pride and passion for our country, and honor the men and women who fight for it. Our primary goal is to teach, mentor, and support each other in the incredible art of drill team riding. Our focal point is to join the love of horses and horsemanship into an experience for the rider, horse, and the audience. The 307 Renegade Riders perform at the Cody Night Rodeo, Annual Cody Stampede, the Meeteetse Labor Day Rodeo, and other rodeos and equine events throughout the state of Wyoming. The team also introduces sponsors of local events including The Cody Night and The Cody Stampede by carrying their flags. We are a dedicated team of athletes who expresses a passion for becoming better horsemen and horsewomen. We are a close-knit group that considers each other family.

Our Mission

We are an organization with big dreams. We wish to offer a variety of equine events, classes, clinics, and fun things to do to help riders grow with their horse. One of our biggest goals is to improve the bond between rider and horse through various activities. We wish to offer desensitizing, basic horsemanship, and many other clinics. It is also our desire to offer events such as team penning, team sorting, gymkhana, and other events. Our biggest entity thus far is our Mounted Drill Team.
